Project Description

Website Redesign

Typografik was commisioned by the Skyline Square Condominium to redesign their corporate website.

Skyline Square is one of the most established condominium buildings in Northern Virginia. Boasting contemporary refinement and great amenities, these condominiums were constructed in 1980 with spacious, elegant and care-free living in mind.

Skyline Square’s South Building, Phase I, was completed in 1982, and the North Building, Phase IIA, in 1984. The final Phase, IIB, was completed in 1987. The developer was Eleventh Skyline Corporation and was designed by Cohen & Haft, Noltz, Kerxton & Associates Architects. This luxury high-rise community, located on a former airfield, consists of 846 units within two 28-story towers and the main lobby building set between.

The condominium assessments cover water, sewer, trash and garbage removal, exterior and interior common area maintenance, 24-hour desk service, security, landscaping, pool maintenance, and management. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, rooftop sundecks, men’s and women’s exercise rooms, steam & sauna rooms, party rooms, card rooms and billiard rooms. Frequent public transportation is available in front of the building on Seminary Road and South George Mason Drive, with Taxi service available from the main Lobby.

Residents are responsible for their own interior maintenance, electric and telephone bills. The buildings are pre-wired for cable TV; however, excellent reception is also available from the building’s master TV antenna.

With excellent security and professional management, Skyline Square offers residents gracious living and a carefree lifestyle. One may become active in the community by participating in regular meetings and social activities and joining the committees that contribute to the Skyline Square Unit Owners’ Association’s governance and recreation.
